Christmas Card Challenges # 34 ~ Anything Goes

I hope you're playing along with us each week at Christmas Card Challenges. We love seeing your beautiful creations each week (such inspiration for us as well).

This week we have another Anything Goes Challenge ... how easy is that, right?

So, grab your crafting supplies and get busy; Christmas is almost here {almost} !

In full disclaimer, the card design/layout is not my own. But, I did make the card.  I teach cardmaking to a group of ladies in our community. Well, I wanted to take a break this the summer (3 kits per month x up to 24 ladies is a LOT of card kits).  Three ladies agreed to co-teach a "Christmas in July" class and this is one of the cards I made ~ courtesy of Yvonne Smith.

I'll post the other two (by Kip Thomas and Rita Fulford) in upcoming weeks.  I really enjoyed the class and I now have 3 more Christmas cards completed.  We have many talented, crafty people in our community and it's a joy to have them share their talents with us.

Click on the image above to pop on over to Christmas Card Challenges.  The new challenge begins at noon, EST.

  3. Obviously you have taught your students well if they can inspire you to a card like this! And how fun to use that sentiment in July. :D The woodgrain panel ads a lot of textural interest to this.
